Gudvangen Fjordtell cooperates with the finest local meat, vegetables, honey and beer suppliers, offering Norwegian seasonal cuisine based on organic, locally sourced ingredients.
Enjoy breathtaking views from the inside or outside porch while you enjoy some delicious food and drinks. The menu changes regularly according to the season and the availability of ingredients.
The seafood restaurant is situated right by the fjord under heated glass pavilion with spectacular views of the fjord, mountains and passing boats.
Innovative culinary techniques and genuine passion for seafood combines for a fantastic experience. From the traditional fish soup, steamed mussels to our staple seafood platter - excellent to share.

LIVE LIKE A VIKING
in a real Viking Village
During our stay in Gudvangen, we have special access to the Viking Village.
The entire area has been named “Viking Valley.”
It is a living cultural historical site, built thematically as a Viking village. Here, captivating stories of the Vikings and the era are retold without the typical museum experience, but through a real life viking experience.
The carvings are all based on Viking Age findings.
The houses in the Viking Village were built with experience from previous Viking reconstructions with local materials.
The ironworks, hinges and locks are all handmade by a blacksmith with life-long experience with the craft.
Paint used in the decorations throughout the village is all authentically made.
The construction of the village only utilized materials that would be found throughout the fjord like peat and shingle similar to the old stave churches.

Kristiansand, Norway - A Norwegian martial artist, film producer, actor and influencer. Lives in and grew up in the magical fjords of the western part of Norway. He has been building companies for the last 25 years, and now helps companies to reach their sales goals. He just launched a new Mead Brewery called VIKINGR MEAD. He’s skilled in the martial art of Kail (knifes, sticks, empty hands), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and also sword and axe fighting. He’s a historical nerd within the Viking areas of viking black-smithing, woodworking, hand-carvings, and traditional building of equipment and cabins.
Eden, Utah - She is a CEO & Co-Founder of Praxis Metrics, a data agency for eCommerce brands, but balances the logical, left-brained analytics with her work as a Primordial Energy Practitioner.
She opens up realms of possibilities by combining the tremendous power of Sound Energy, Somatic Healing, specialized Pranic Breathing techniques, and Shamanic rituals.

Gjøran has been a film photographer assistant at Viking1 Productions for several years. He is also an influencer, and sails his 45 foot sailboat all around Norways coastline. He is a “hands on” man, and will be supporting all attendees the best he can.
Oslo, Norway - She has created an amazing viking community on her own channels with a consistent flow of Viking content. Innovative and complex Viking braids is also a passion of hers.
She also manages social media marketing for Viking1 Productions. She has a bachelors in journalism, specializing in tv and radio production, which allows her to contribute to content production and editing.
